== Overview ==
The Gate Subcolony is typically the first visited subcolony when present in [[The Warehouse Colony]]. [https://www.twitch.tv/apoinsettia/clip/ConcernedInquisitiveSquidFloof The cats that live by the gate] have known Apoinsettia longer than most cats on the channel and even those in nearby subcolonies. 

This subcolony has seen frequent change due to its unstable population. It originally was home to cats by the name of Jack, Amber, and Mimsie but have not been seen for an extensive period of time and have no plans to be added to the wiki due to their little known nature. 

The subcolony has a small [https://www.twitch.tv/apoinsettia/clip/VictoriousArbitraryPheasantPipeHype-2-E66bamfA8uKamD population of raccoons] that, although can be fed, Apoinsettia likes to avoid due to an agreement he had with a nearby property owner who gave him permission to feed with the grounds that he would feed away from the cars they would work on, believing the cats would scratch the tires.
