Riot
History and Lore
Riot was one of The Spices, being one of the original four kittens born to their mother Saffron and was for a time the personal favorite of Apoinsettia. During the trapping of Saffron, she had taken one of the two tabby kittens and ran, only for the kitten to be recovered later. As to whether this was him or Miso, his sister of the same coloring, was never known.
Riot would be the first ever rescue to pass due to a fading episode of unknown causes. Although it is common for an entire litter to lose kittens along the way due to natural causes, Riot was older than most when he passed and wasn't able to be hospitalized in time. This led to a general skepticism about the lot, and their health. Apo made a personal promise that none of the other kittens would face the same fate. Although there with close calls such as Pixie having a similar fading episode he was able to recover from, and Four Cheese Pizza: Mozzarella, Ricotta, Brie and Parmesan needing to be hospitalized twice. Despite all this and the hardships The Spices faced as a whole, the remaining kittens were each able to find homes of their own, in loving memory of their lost brother.
Personality
Although Riot never had the chance to make it to a proper age where his personality could be studied, like his siblings, he was named for being the most vocal kitten of the lot, meowing much louder than the others when picked up, and hated to be away from his mother. When he was able to walk, he was considered the most rambunctious and chaotic, rivaling Four Cheese.
Appearance
Riot was a brown tabby, sharing a very similar appearance to Miso, the only differentiating factor being Miso had much larger eyes.
