Penguin was a stray cat that lived in the Alley colony
Personality
Penguin is cat that always had a very calm, collected, and gentlemanly demeanor to him. Whenever Penguin knows food is nearby, he simply walks over at his own leisurely pace. Penguin is very friendly not only with people, but the other cats as well, having no real enemies. He's believed to be older by his physique and calm, warm attitude, which is common in elderly cats. Penguin has an iconic walk that can be recognized immediately, and is associated well with him.
Appearance
Penguin is a tuxedo, a common color combination that gives a cat an illusion of wearing a suit, or as the name suggests, a tuxedo. He has a bib bib under his jaw that ends through his torso. Penguin seems to have an eye issue in his left eye, which his vision is slightly clouded, but his right eye is fine. He is long and skinny, with legs that stand taller than Maradona, who was formerly the smallest cat in the colony before she was rescued. Many others, including Cobalt have stated Penguin has a very square face shape.

- Penguin is believed to be the oldest cat in the Fence subcolony
- When Penguin isn't on screen or being pet, he may be using the colony as his litterbox, and seems to have trouble defecating as he does so more often than any other cat on the channel.
