History and Lore
OwO is one of the rarest cats in The Trucks Subcolony, if not the rarest. They are so sparsely seen, that the only way they could be named was through a Patreon poll, in which a select few supporters on Patreon collaborated to come up with names of "high intellect", resulting in OwO finally receiving their name.
OwO lives on the opposite side of the brown fence in the trucks, along with Bowie and Masquerade.
Personality
In addition to rarely being seen to begin with, OwO is one of the shyest cats in the area and getting them to tolerate Apoinsettia is exceedingly difficult. The only time they can be seen eating is when Apoinsettia leaves. They get along with most of the other cats.
