The Oldtimers refers to the residents of the Fence subcolony that had always lived there, in order to distinguish them from the sudden and random influx of cats that were dropped off, that would be known as the Newcomers.
Tensions would rise between the two groups; with altercations happening between them. This, for the most part, is understandable in cat colonies with new introductions and is not uncommon, however with so many new faces being added, the Fence subcolony carried much tension.
