Gloves
History and Lore
One of the most reclusive of the Newcomers, Gloves would be sparingly seen on the channel, being one of the rarest cats here. His tuxedo colorings made him blend in among others like Penguin and Mittens (Now Rescued), but displays small differences in his appearance than the standard tuxedo. He is known to hang around Blessed in a heavily vegetated spot of The Fence Subcolony He lives in.
He was once pet by Apoinsettia, leading to him believing Gloves could be friendly like most of the other Newcomers, but he never allowed for this opportunity again..
Gloves, for the overwhelming majority of their time, was considered to be a female until it was discovered that Gloves was a male.
Gloves was considered the last of the Newcomers, with the loss of Blessed in February 2022.
As of June 2022; Gloves would be listed as missing, putting a complete finish to the Newcomers, with all members being rescued, deceased, or missing. Gloves was seen on the entire opposite side of the Fence, closer to stores which was very unlike them. As to why Gloves suddenly vacated the subcolony is unknown, and is believed to be okay by the feeders, but distant and lost.
Personality
Gloves walks slow and elegantly rather than cautiously. He is somewhat skittish and hard to be seen, and rarely emerges unless he is more hungry than usual, making him rarer than either Glitch or Raindrop, and one of the rarest cats in the subcolony.
Appearance
Gloves is a tuxedo with a white bib, and is larger than the other tuxedos. Although Penguin is longer and skinnier in length, and his supposed sister Mittens is much more tiny, Gloves is a perfect middle. He is a fair weight, and has very deep yellow eyes, with white little paws that led to his name.
