Camie
History and Lore
Camie was a stray cat in The Alley Colony located in The Transformer Subcolony; being one of the older cats there and most suspicious of Apoinsettia, especially within the early days of them being known. Camie would be known on the channel for close to two years; but would mainly be located in the background, often only agreeing to eat on the other side of the wooden fence that was there.
Camie had once nipped at Apoinsettia's finger when it went under the fence, the same way Marmalade did.
The feeders refer to Camie as "Wallenda" due to them seeing her walk on top of the fence like a tightroper would.
A feeder had taken note that Camie's health was declining progressively, to which Apoinsettia had noticed before, but not to this extent.Apo had noticed that Camie was suddenly missing, and the rare times she would be seen she would be unrecognizable, and coming from an unknown direction. The feeder had asked Apoinsettia for help capturing her so she could be put down humanely. Apoinsettia helped catch Camie, who although lethargic was still able and capable to run off or defend herself.
Apoinsettia gave a small speech to Camie while he said goodbye. He told her she was loved and watched by hundreds. She would be put to sleep on New Years Eve of 2021, being the last cat to pass in the Alley in a particularly difficult year for the colony.
Personality
Camie was considered asocial towards Apoinsettia, rarely ever coming outside of her safe region of the fence. Her behavior with other cats is unknown due to her not being visibly seen much, other than her nose peeking under the fence, but she is assumed to be friendly and tolerant of the other cats. She was rarely explorative.
Appearance
Camie was a skinny cat with a slim face, and faint colors almost muted. She would be named Camie, short for "Camouflage" due to her torbie pattern and colorings blended with the brown and orange leaves that would fall to the ground, and due to her constantly hiding nature.
