Beans
History and Lore
Beans was the first cat discovered in the Protein Pod subcolony of The AutoShop. He was both the first to come out for food and the first to be named in a rigged poll, in which each of the five poll options was Beans, forcing viewers to accept his dietary namesake. Beans has since been the most common cat to be seen in an otherwise shy and inactive colony. He is currently the only known tuxedo here.
Beans, despite his once common stature would show up less frequently in between weeks and would eventually stop showing up for an extended period of time. This was quite common in many cats during a certain period in the Protein Pod, which has been unofficial titled the "Exodus" in which the colony as a whole would thin out or have cats retreat, disappear, or change what time they frequent.
Beans status on the channel is currently up for debate, as evident by the Beans Imposter theory, which suggests that since the original Beans went missing for some time, the new tuxedo cat that's been appearing couldn't be him, but some Beanists disagree saying the current tuxedo perfectly represents Bean's appearance.
Personality
Beans is a vocal cat who takes note of Apoinsettia, and for the most part has only been visited a handful of times as the AutoShop colony is difficult to stream and make content of, at least currently. With more time, maybe more of Beans can be known. For what is known is he can be found in a variety of places in the Protein Pod subcolony, but is most often by himself and isolated from other cats. He seemingly has no quarrel with the cats and can get along with Toffee, and even Tofu for the most part, but prefers to ride solo. He is still shy of Apo, but most cats here are significantly shyer. Beans at least showing up and being present is much less shy in comparison to the remaining cats of the colony.
Appearance
Beans is a tuxedo with deep yellow eyes, and a longer face. Jokes have been thrown around due to the cats similarity to actor Benedict Cumberbatch, which have not been disputed. Regardless, Beans appears to be a gentlemen and in spite of popular belief was named after his "toe beans" rather than any legume or burrito filling foodstuff.
